The Annual General Company Water Meeting (corporate) will be held this year at Mike & Michelle Belmont's cabin (2980 Red Creek) next to the last property on the west side of the road. Invitations have been sent and as you know it is very important for ALL members to attend. Please RSVP by filling out your Proxy forms and mail them back as soon as possible. Although we prefer meeting in-person, we are aware there may be conflicts and due to the importance of ALL members' attendance, you will now be able to attend and vote virtually via the Wilderness Heights website (wilderness-heights.com). Light refreshments will be provided but you may bring additional if you want. Please fill out and return the RSVPs as soon as possible. Do not forget to sign the Proxy noting if you are attending in person, cannot attend or will be attending virtually.
